MOBERLY DIVORCE GRANTED
------------
Custody of Older Son to Mother
and Younger Son to Father
------------
Mrs. Mildred M. Moberly, of this city, has been granted a divorce from Harry Moberly in the Shelby circuit court. Hearing on the complaint filed by Mrs. Moberly was held Wednesday afternoon and the decree was issued on evidence that was introduced.
The custody of Major Moberly, 18 years old, is awarded to Mrs. Moberly, and that of Warren Charles Moberly, 10 years old, is given to Mr. Moberly. Ruling is made that the younger son is to spend one night and one day of each week and a reasonable part of the summer school vacation with his mother, the plaintiff. Mrs. Moberly was represented in the action by Herbert C. Jones, attorney. The counsel for Mr. Moberly was George H. Meiks and McDaniel Myers.
