From: Vincennes Sun-Commercial April 6, 1933 MRS. MCCLURE IS TAKEN BY DEATH Body Will Arrive Here Thursday Afternoon Mrs. S J. McClure, age 83 died at Milan, Ind., at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C.O. Alton, Wednesday and the body will arrive in Vincennes Thursday afternoon and will be taken to the home of her son, Hanley McClure, 1,117 East Sycamore Street. Services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon from the Upper Indiana Church, with Rev. Ray Montgomery of the First Christian Church in charge. Mrs. McClure had been bedfast for the past year and a half. Her home in Vincennes had been on Railroad Avenue, but for the past year she had made her home with her daughter in Milan. She is survived by three Children, Hanley McClure of this city, Herbert McClure of Bloomington, and Mrs. Alton, Milan, Ind.
